Refund policy

Return Eligibility


  • Returns are accepted only for items with verified quality or manufacturing defects.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • We do NOT accept returns for:
    • Change of mind
    • Ordered the wrong item/size
    • Personal preference or dislike
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Misuse or accidental damage


Return Process


To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at cherish_lailai@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Your order number, photos/videos showing the quality issue, and a brief description.
  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending the item back.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear in Your account, depending on Your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items


Gift cards, personalized items, and hygienic goods may be non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
